I knew when I first sat down with Morgann that this was gonna’ be good! She and Ethan were high school sweet hearts and what’s more, they preferred their engagement shoot in Philly and suggested taking the train, which I had never done before. My husband tagged along with us and needless to say, we all hit it off as we took the silver bullet that afternoon to the City of Brotherly Love.
Morgan used to work for CHOP, taking the 1.5 hour ride twice every day, but currently works at the same hospital in Hershey as my husband goes to school, and as expected, they both “nerded out” together the whole time while we discussed work, favorite movies, games, stories, etc.
Ethan and Morgann’s love was so easy to see from the beginning. From the bit that I saw, I could instantly tell how well they fit together. They easily led us through Philadelphia and pointed out favorite locations from their time together exploring the city as a couple. As you can see, they were natural models and the hustle and bustle of the city fell away; time slowed down as they stared at one another. I was just about crying at how beautiful they were. We actually made great time until, once the sun set behind them, we realized that we only had 15 minutes to run from the Water Works to catch the train back to Elizabethtown. Watching Ethan, carrying the “Bride” bag, and my husband fall behind as Morgann pulled ahead in her dress was just the icing on the cake to a perfect engagement session. I look forward to seeing them again, and cannot wait for their special day!
