Downtown Gettysburg Engagement Session

This engagement session is very special to me because it took place in my hometown. When Dalton & Casey told me that they wanted their engagement photos in Gettysburg, I was all in! The forecast showed thunderstorms and rain that day, and rescheduling wasn’t an option. We were contemplating whether we should have the session indoors near Hershey or travel to Gettysburg regardless of the thunderstorms. I’m so glad we chose the latter because the rain held off for the whole session, and then, right when we finished, it poured. Thank you God!

Dalton and Casey got engaged at Mr. G’s ice cream shop in downtown Gettysburg. What a perfect combination, engagement ring plus ice cream; honestly, it doesn’t get any better than that! After photographing them in town we headed over to the Pennsylvania monument. We ended their session at Mr. G’s. Such a fun day spent with a beautiful couple! Can’t wait until their October Wedding!
