The first time that I met Alex & Andrea was at the Square Bean Cafe in Dillsburg (If you haven’t been, check it out!) We sat down for about two hours and conversed about their love story, their future, and their wedding plans. Little did we know that just a few months later, the world would look a little different. They didn’t plan to have a small backyard wedding with just family and a few friends. They didn’t know that they’d have to change all of their wedding plans in order to still get married, but they did. I know this wasn’t quite how they envisioned it to be, but it was one of the most beautiful weddings that I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing.
Their eye for detail made for a simple yet elegant wedding style, complete with soft white roses and vibrant greenery. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. After photographing six rainy/cloudy weddings in a row, I was praying for sunlight, and we were blessed with a warm and bright day! My favorite part of their wedding was seeing Alex’s face when he saw Andrea walking down the aisle to him and how the sun shined through the trees as they said their vows to one another, truly magical!
I loved working with Alex & Andrea. Their kind personalities and trust in me truly made it fun to work with them! They were down for anything to get the perfect picture, even if it meant walking through a field of high grass up to our chests to get those gorgeous sunset portraits that we all look forward to!
CONGRATULATIONS you two, thank you for asking me to capture your gorgeous day!
Enjoy!
Where can I see/order family shots?
Hi Keith, great question! I sent an online gallery to Andrea & Alex where you can view and download the photos! I’ll ask them if they’d be willing to let me share their gallery. I’m currently setting up an online store where you’ll be able to buy prints straight from there. It should be ready in the next couple of days!
